Delivery Details

  1. Correct Recipient Information:

    • Customers must provide accurate details, including the recipient’s name (as per government-issued ID), full address, landmark, pin code, and contact number.
    • During delivery, recipients will need to present one of the following ID proofs:
      • Passport
      • PAN Card
      • Driving License
      • Voter ID
      • Aadhaar Card
    • The courier agent will verify and document the recipient's identity before handing over the package.
  2. Delivery Locations:

    • Orders will only be delivered to residential or work addresses.
    • Delivery to public places such as malls, restaurants, or streets is not allowed.
  3. Failed Deliveries:

    • The courier company will make up to 3 delivery attempts if the recipient is unavailable.
    • If delivery is not successful, the package will be returned to our facility in Jaipur.

Changing Shipping Address

  • Customers can update their shipping address through their account on our website before the order is shipped.
  • For changes after placing an order, please email us at business@deejoexports.com.
  • Address changes are subject to the terms of the courier company.

Receiving Your Shipment

  1. Inspection on Delivery:

    • Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
    • If you notice any discrepancies, damages, or missing items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Reporting Issues:

    • For damaged or missing items, email business@deejoexports.com with details and photographs.
    • Reports submitted after 72 hours will not be entertained.
  3. Non-Receipt of Shipment:

    • Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
    • If you do not receive your package despite receiving a delivery confirmation email, contact us within 72 hours to investigate the issue.

Damaged or Missing Products

  1. Damaged Products:

    • Report damaged products within 72 hours of receipt.
    • Retain the packaging and product for our team to investigate.
  2. Missing Products:

    • Verify the contents of the package upon delivery.
    • Contact us within 72 hours to address any discrepancies.

Important Notes

  • Any unreported issues beyond the 72-hour window will not be eligible for claims, refunds, or resolution.
  • Non-compliance with the inspection and reporting process may result in the denial of claims.
